Responsibilities

LeoLabs is seeking a Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of mission-critical programs advancing next-generation radar capabilities for U.S. Government and commercial customers in support of Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Superiority, and Missile Warning missions. The Program Manager will serve as the primary program execution lead and will be responsible for overall program performance, customer engagement, stakeholder management, contract execution, schedule management, risk mitigation, and coordination across technical and operational teams. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining alignment with contractual, technical, and business requirements. The Program Manager will work closely with Radar Systems Engineering, Mission Architecture, Product, and customer stakeholders to ensure technical and programmatic success. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background managing complex technical programs in aerospace, defense, space operations, or related industries.
