Responsibilities
- PEOPLE
- Liaise regularly with Project Managers on Project Requirements
- Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
- Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.
- Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal.
- Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
- Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
- Time-sheet assignment.
- PROCUREMENT
- Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.
- Track and ensure timely invoice submission & any correction request from client.
- Purchase Order (PO) Tracking & Cost Management.
- Track Vendor payment.
- Filling contract documents.
- ADHOC REQUESTS
- Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, Analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc.)
- Data Analysis and Reporting to Program Manager on an as needed basis
- Customize company sales deck and presentations as required
- Skills/Requirement
- Degree Holder from an accredited institution.
- A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
- 2 + years of relevant experience as a PMO, preferably in 'Financial Domain IT' Industry
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula)
- Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage
- Experience in managing inventory lifecycle
