Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong experience with version control practices and collaboration with development teams (branching, pull requests, repository management)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Academic qualifications and certifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Required experience:
  • Proven experience in test automation using Playwright
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with defect management and test reporting tools such as Jira/Xray
  • Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of API testing, including Playwright API testing (preferred)
  • Exposure to performance testing or cross-browser testing (desirable)
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools such as axe-core in Playwright (desirable)
  • Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot Studio) (advantageous)
