Review and update audit policies and procedures, staying aligned with professional standards and best practices. Manage a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams, offering guidance on audit and compliance matters. Drive business development initiatives to expand the practice's reach and impact. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Chartered Accountant Singapore (Practicing Member) with signing authority. Extensive Big Four audit experience is highly advantageous. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as an Audit Partner in a mid-tier audit firm. Ability to sign audit reports and ensure all engagements comply with regulatory requirements. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients from Mainland China.
