As a Specialist, Brand Marketing, you are responsible for managing the overall brand presence of a brand or product. This role contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels to grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support efficient use of the marketing budget. The Specialist is also responsible for tracking and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). Job Description Full-Time, Hybrid Role Location: 20-30 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109 or 10 Optical Ave, Keene, NH 03431 Compensation: $26.29-$32.87 per hour You will contribute by: Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and materials to strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement across multiple channels, including but not limited to design and proofing of print/digital promotional catalogs, email marketing campaigns, digital asset requests, and social media. Assisting with coordination of vendor marketing programs and advertising. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and accuracy of customer materials, while tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness. Tracking program deliverables and timelines to ensure all marketing activities are executed as planned. We're searching for candidates with: Experience in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) and graphic design preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign and Photoshop, preferred. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 2-5 years of brand marketing experience required. Environment: Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
