Learn more about working at Ledcor - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems (tube & clamp, system scaffold) in accordance with drawings and site requirements Read and interpret scaffold drawings and blueprints to ensure safe and accurate construction Install platforms, guardrails, access ladders, and fall protection systems Inspect scaffolding components and completed structures to ensure safety and compliance Work safely at heights and in confined spaces Complete FLHAs and follow all site safety procedures, including fall protection and permit systems Handle, transport, and organize scaffold materials and equipment efficiently Support site housekeeping, coordination with other trades, and general labour duties as required Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor's high standards for safety and quality
