About the role

Salary: up to $4000 Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Taiseng Job Description: - Provide sales support through equipment installation, system setup, demonstrations, and user training for both hardware and software. - Deliver after-sales service and technical support to customers in Singapore and selected ASEAN countries. - Offer application and technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions that meet customer research and operational needs. - Support product launches, workshops, seminars, and marketing events, including preparation of demonstration materials. - Prepare and handle biological samples for system demonstrations, evaluations, and training purposes. - Collaborate closely with sales, service, and regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. - Maintain proper documentation, training records, and feedback for continuous improvement.
