- Support promotions, loyalty initiatives and client communications
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Background in spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality or premium service industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead a team and elevate service standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm, warm and professional under pressure
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing schedules and systems
- Genuine passion for client care and wellness
