As a Showroom Manager based in Plymouth youll be responsible for: Running the day-to-day operations of the showroom embedded within a branch Recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating your showroom consultants and supporting their development Driving sales and customer service within the bathroom showroom by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products with a proactive and friendly approach and delivering outstanding service Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am - 12:00pm.
