  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
  • Collaborate with external auditors or accountants as needed.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, administration, and basic accounting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
