About the role

As the Data Product Manager - Marketing Analytics (f/m/d), you will own the marketing analytics domain end to end. You are the senior voice on what gets built, why it matters, and in what order. You partner directly with marketing leadership to translate ambition into a clear, prioritised roadmap, and you lead the team that delivers it. This is a domain ownership role, not a coordination role. You set direction, manage trade-offs, and represent the marketing analytics agenda in executive conversations. You treat the domain as a portfolio of data products with defined owners, users, success metrics, and lifecycles. You are accountable for outcomes, not activity. You will also be the senior measurement authority for marketing performance at ZEAL, with hands-on credibility across MMM, attribution, and incrementality. You hold vendors accountable, build internal capability, and ensure decisions on marketing investment are grounded in defensible analytics. Your tasks: - The marketing analytics roadmap as domain owner, including prioritisation, sequencing, trade-offs, and alignment with marketing leadership and broader ZEAL strategy. - Stakeholder communication across the marketing analytics agenda, translating business ambition into structured plans, managing expectations proactively, and saying no constructively when capacity or strategy requires it. - Day-to-day leadership of the marketing analytics team, including analysts, data scientists, analytics engineers, and data engineers working within the domain. You grow their capability and protect their focus. - Marketing measurement maturity across MMM, attribution, and incrementality. You own methodology decisions, design experiments and incrementality tests, evaluate vendors, and build internal capability rather than outsourcing it. - Partnership with marketing leadership on planning, investment decisions, performance reviews, and campaign analytics, ensuring data is in the room when decisions are made. - The data product mindset for your domain. You define products with clear owners, users, success metrics, and lifecycles, rather than treating analytics as a queue of requests. - Portfolio discipline across the domain, including scope, risk, dependencies, and transparency. You make it easy for executives to see what is happening and why. - Partnership with the Tech Lead spine on standards, architecture, and engineering practice. You own WHAT and WHY, they own HOW. You respect that line. What you offer us: - 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years leading a team, ideally in e-commerce, subscription, or comparable consumer business contexts. - Hands-on depth in marketing measurement, including MMM, attribution, and incrementality. You can challenge methodology, design experiments, and hold vendors accountable, not just consume their outputs. - Fluency with marketing tech and AdTech stacks, and a working understanding of how marketing systems produce the data you analyse. - Track record building, growing, and retaining strong analytics teams across analysts, scientists, and engineers. - Genuine product mindset. You think in terms of data products with defined users and success metrics, not reports and dashboards. - Strong programme discipline. You manage portfolios, surface risks early, and create clarity across multiple concurrent initiatives. - Executive presence and stakeholder communication skills that hold up at VP and C-level. You can align senior leaders, push back without damaging trust, and create structure where there is pressure. - University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrable experience. What we offer you: A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company. A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact. Ongoing personal growth, supported by an annual development budget of €2,500 to invest in your professional development. Trust and autonomy, no m
