Job Summary: 日本語 Engineering and Operations Technology Manager は、日本国内製造拠点における Engineering（設備・保全）および Operations Technology（OT）機能を統括し、安全・品質・生産性・コスト競争力の向上を技術面から推進する。設備投資、工程改善、新製品立上げ、製造デジタル化を含む技術戦略を主導し、APAC／Global OT と連携しながら、日本の製造基盤の中長期的な強化を担う。 English The Engineering and Operations Technology Manager is responsible for leading Engineering and Operations Technology (OT) functions across manufacturing sites in Japan. This role drives safety, quality, productivity, and cost competitiveness through technology leadership, overseeing capital investments, process improvements, new product industrialization, and manufacturing digitalization, in close collaboration with APAC and Global OT teams. 1. 主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities (1) Engineering / Maintenance / Process Technology 統括 日本語 Engineering（設備設計・改造・更新）および Maintenance 機能の技術的統括 Process Technology（工程設計、工程改善、新製品導入）のリーダーシップ 工場間に分散した技術・ノウハウの統合および標準化推進 English Lead Engineering (equipment design, modification, renewal) and Maintenance functions Provide technical leadership for Process Technology including process design, optimization, and new product introduction Consolidate and standardize engineering and process know‑how across multiple plants (2) 設備投資・プロジェクト管理 / Capital Investment & Project Management 日本語 設備投資（CAPEX）の企画立案、技術仕様策定、投資効果評価 新規設備導入・改造・撤去における MOC / PSSR の実施 新工場および大規模設備プロジェクトの技術リード English Develop and evaluate capital investment projects including technical scope and ROI Execute MOC and PSSR for new installations, modifications, and decommissioning Lead technical aspects of new factory and large‑scale manufacturing projects (3) 品質・生産性・安全向上 / Safety, Quality & Productivity Improvement 日本語 生産性向上、工程能力改善、トラブル再発防止の技術的主導 設備・プロセス安全を含む EHS 観点での設計・技術レビュー Plant / QA / EHS と連携した是正および予防活動 English Drive productivity improvement, process capability enhancement, and recurrence prevention Ensure equipment and process safety through EHS‑based technical reviews Collaborate with Plant, QA, and EHS to implement corrective and preventive actions (4) デジタル化・OT 推進 / Digitalization & OT Development 日本語 MES、IoT 等を含む製造デジタル化の企画・導入推進 製造データの可視化、標準化、日常管理への展開 IT / SAP / Global OT チームとの連携 English Promote manufacturing digitalization initiatives including MES and IoT Standardize and visualize manufacturing data for daily management Collaborate with IT, SAP, and Global OT teams (5) 組織・人材マネジメント / Organization & People Management 日本語 Engineering / Process Technology チームの育成および人員計画 外部ベンダー、エンジニアリング会社の選定・管理 APAC / Global OT との技術連携・情報共有 English Develop and manage Engineering and Process Technology teams Manage external vendors and engineering contractors Maintain strong collaboration with APAC and Global OT organizations 1. 必須要件 / Required Qualifications 日本語 化学、建材、材料系またはプロセス型製造業における Engineering / OT 実務経験（目安10年以上） 工場設備、製造プロセス、保全に関する体系的な知識と実務経験 設備投資、工程改善、新製品立上げの実績 プロジェクトマネジメント経験 日本語：ビジネスレベル必須 英語：業務・技術コミュニケーションが可能なレベル English 10+ years of experience in Engineering / OT within process or material manufacturing industries Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and maintenance Proven experience in capital investment, process improvement, and new product industrialization Project management experience Business‑level Japanese required Working‑level English for technical and business communication 2. 歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualifications 日本語 新工場立上げ、工場拡張プロジェクトの主導経験 MES / IoT 等の製造デジタル化経験 プロセス安全、EHS、MOC に関する実務経験 グローバル組織との協業経験 English Experience leading new factory start‑ups or major expansions Experience in MES, IoT, or manufacturing digitalization Knowledge of process safety, EHS, and MOC Experience working with global organizations 当社では、現地市場の水準や、各職務の具体的な内容・責任の範囲を踏まえ、競争力のある給与を提示しています。 報酬は、業務に関連するスキルや学歴、研修・経験などを総合的に考慮して決定します。 また、当社は関係法令および規制を遵守し、公正かつ公平な賃金制度の運用に努めています。
