Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in National Account Management within retail, consumer electronics, FMCG or a related industry
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capability essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting and profitability
  • Highly developed analytical capability with advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple stakeholder levels
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and results-oriented
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-performance environments

This role represents an outstanding opportunity to manage one of Australia's most influential retail or e-commerce partnerships within a globally recognised technology brand known for innovation, category leadership and premium consumer experiences. Reporting to the Head of Consumer, you will lead the strategic development, commercial performance and execution of a major national account across the Australian market. You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing market share, optimising profitability, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability and executional excellence, with responsibility across joint business planning, forecasting, promotional strategy, category development, investment management and cross-functional collaboration.
