For more information, visit WPP.com . Who We Are Looking For VML is seeking an Account Supervisor to support a key area of the Ford Pro account. This role will lead day-to-day business management across a fast-moving, evolving part of the work, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives organized, integrated, and moving forward. The right person brings strong account leadership fundamentals, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem solving. They are comfortable managing the details while understanding the bigger picture, and they know how to create clarity, alignment, and momentum in environments where priorities move quickly and processes are still taking shape. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, operationally strong, and confident working across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, well-managed work that supports both client goals and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account management across a key area of the Ford Pro account, ensuring work moves forward clearly and efficiently
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strong day-to-day partner across the business
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and other disciplines to drive integrated delivery
  • Translate client needs into clear internal direction, actionable plans, timelines, and well-managed deliverables
  • Maintain visibility across priorities, workstreams, decisions, and risks so teams stay aligned and accountable
  • Lead development of client-facing deliverables including presentations, status updates, scopes, and key communications
  • Anticipate risks, identify gaps, and solve problems proactively to keep work moving
  • Help strengthen ways of working and bring greater consistency, rigor, and accountability to how the business runs
  • Contribute to strong financial stewardship through scope awareness, forecasting support, estimate tracking, and day-to-day budget management
  • Support and guide junior team members through day-to-day leadership, coaching, and collaboration

Requirements

  • You have experience in account management, client engagement, or a related client services role within an agency environment
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the details
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to write clearly, present confidently, and build trust with clients and internal teams
  • You know how to keep work moving by creating clarity, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional groups
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguity and can help create structure in environments that are evolving
  • You bring sound judgment, a proactive mindset, and a calm approach to problem solving
  • You balance strong execution with an understanding of the broader business and client context
  • You are collaborative, team-oriented, and motivated by helping both the work and the people around you succeed
