Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Planning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business development, capture management, client engagement, or strategic growth initiatives within the transportation or civil infrastructure industry.
  • Existing relationships and industry credibility with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, or other public-sector transportation organizations.
  • Strong understanding of qualifications-based selection processes, public procurement requirements, and transportation consulting pursuits.
  • Proven ability to develop opportunities, influence decision-makers, and contribute to successful contract wins.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, technical professionals, teaming partners, and agency representatives.
