Receipt of tax-free forms processed by offices and agents Receipt of tax-free forms submitted by tourists and the sales team, or received by post Processing of tax-free forms refunded via bank transfer (LBA) Scanning of processed tax-free forms and sending the list to the central processing team for technical validation Extraction of scanned tax-free reports and submission to the accounting team Participation in the preparation of the VAT claim file Handling phone calls from tourists and partner stores Managing mail and emails from various internal and external stakeholders Managing local procurement: collecting needs, requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and receiving purchased items
