Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Children's Home Manager to join its client's residential home based in Bradford. In this role, you will provide exceptional care for children and young people. This role offers the opportunity to support the Registered Manager in ensuring the home operates to the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding. You will play a key role in managing staff, supporting care planning and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people. What will your responsibilities be? Assist in the day-to-day management of Rowan House, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements. Support the Registered Manager in leading and supervising the residential care team. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the child's voice is central to all decisions. Promote safeguarding and well-being, maintaining high standards of practice. Help manage resources and ensure efficient operational delivery. Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies.
