Permanent Full Time | Level 3 - Level 4 pay grade + shift penalties + allowances Sydney CBD Sites | NV1 clearance required Evolving benefits including exclusive employee discounts + reward & recognition MSS Security is looking for Security Officers for Permanent relief roles to work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney CBD. These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Concierge / commercial building security Access control and monitor CCTV Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries Direct and escort visitors to site Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys Conduct foot patrols internal and external

Requirements

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
• Current NSW Security licence
• NV1 Clearance
• Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements)
• Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards of presentation and grooming
• High level computer literacy skills
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
• Integrity and sound judgment
