Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of Funding Agreement and FABN deals, including live deal execution, settlement coordination, interest payments, principal repayments, and maturity.

  • Represent the Treasury & Capital Markets function in the Boston office, serving as the local point of contact for the broader funding agreement business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to automation and technology initiatives across the FA/FABN platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of professional experience with a track record of owning and improving operational processes
  • A fast starter who takes initiative, thrives on managing complex processes, and proactively finds ways to make them better
  • Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume, multi-workstream environments
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple internal teams and external counterparties
  • Ability to lead multi-stakeholder processes independently and drive workstreams to completion on tight timelines
  • Foundational understanding of financial concepts; exposure to fixed income or capital markets is a plus but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter comfortable operating with a high degree of independence in a satellite office setting
  • This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
  • Base Salary Range $150,000 - $175,000
