Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care teams
