About the role

Nous cherchons un Scientifique de données principal pour notre équipe grandissante! Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Développer des solutions novatrices pour la reconnaissance de tendances par le biais de l'apprentissage machine et des statistiques avancées. Transformer des bases de données complexes en conclusions et recommandations pertinentes. Rester à jour sur les nouvelles approches et tendances et les utiliser dans des solutions de votre cru. Aider à maintenir nos outils et plateformes d'exploration de données (data mining). Formuler des recommandations concrètes basées sur les conclusions. Travailler avec les autres services pour favoriser l'adoption des principes analytiques au sein de l'organisation. Valider la qualité de l'approche analytique et des résultats de projet des autres membres de l'équipe. Ce que vous mettrez à profit: Maîtrise dans une discipline pertinente (mathématiques, sciences, ingénierie, recherche opérationnelle, économie, statistiques, IA ou dans un domaine connexe), ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des statistiques avancées, de l'exploration de données et de l'exploration de texte. Expérience pertinente de production multiplate-forme avec les cadres d'exploration de données commerciaux et open-source suivants : R, Python, GitHub. Compréhension de niveau expert de la théorie sous-jacente de l'apprentissage machine. Compréhension de niveau expert soit en analyse d'images par ordinateur, en traitement du langage naturel ou en intelligence artificielle. Enthousiasme pour le travail d'équipe. Aptitude à vous concentrer sur des questions vaguement définies nécessitant l'application d'approches créatives. Solides compétences en matière de communication, de gestion du temps et d'organisation. Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.
