- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve engineering velocity, code quality, testing, documentation, debugging, and operational efficiency

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on development and production software delivery
- 2-4 years of experience in engineering leadership, people management, or technical team leadership
- Experience hiring, mentoring, nurturing, and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express or similar modern web application development
- Experience working with databases and designing data-driven applications
- Experience with AWS cloud services and exposure to serverless architectures
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD
- Strong understanding of software design, code quality, design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Experience collaborating with Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams
