- You will support our revenue retention and growth strategy by reducing renewal friction and improving the customer experience.
- The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Contract Management (preferred).
