Fellow, Events And Program

Responsibilities

• The Fellow will support the Asia team in delivery of programs, events, and stakeholder engagement activities. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting background research and preparing summaries on assigned topics
• Compiling information and maintaining stakeholder databases
• Supporting outreach efforts and coordinating with external stakeholders when required
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of meetings, events, and related materials
• Maintaining records, trackers, and other program documentation
• Providing administrative and logistical support to the team as needed
• The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a willingness to support a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities based on ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct basic research and summarize information clearly and accurately
• Proficiency in written English, with the ability to produce clear and structured written materials
• Willingness to support a range of administrative, research and operational tasks as required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a structured work environment
• Candidate should be a proactive self-manager of responsibilities and be able to learn on the job
• Bachelor's or Master's graduate is preferred
• Singaporean national is preferred but open to all nationalities
• Fellowship Duration
• We offer a 12-month program, full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
