PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May be responsible for any or all of the following: Supports one or several department professionals, division heads, officers, or managers, including providing administrative support to the Country Sales Manager and commercial team through administrative and operational activities. Manages Commercial Program administration, including contract review and preparation, coordination of approval processes, expense reimbursement pre-approvals, and ensuring accurate documentation, organized filing systems, and timely submission to relevant teams for processing. Assists with monthly reporting, sales operations support, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Performs routine administrative tasks including data entry, phone coverage, ordering office supplies, processing and distributing mail, filing, photocopying, processing purchase orders, invoices, check requests, expense reports, preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Coordinates meetings and conference calls. Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries, and books airline, hotel, and car reservations. Manages projects of varying scope and complexity, including customer account management, CRM and ERP system administration (e.g., SFDC and SAP), business system integrations (e.g., ezyVet), VC+ account management, and coordination with shared service teams to support business operations. Maintains and updates customer and master account records for CAG Thailand, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provides administrative support to Distributor Managers for external educational events, liaising with distributors to coordinate KOL speakers and arrange travel for KOLs where appropriate. Remains knowledgeable of business unit policies, procedures, and systems. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Effective communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Familiarity with office equipment Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and SAP Able to work across business units, geographies and functional areas Must demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism Ability to use discretion and handle confidential information Customer-service aptitude; solid interpersonal & communication skills Working proficiency in English PHYSICAL DEMANDS Extensive sitting and computer use WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal office environment LEVELING GUIDE: Has prior relevant training or experience. Work typically involves prescribed processes with little supervisory instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
