Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role is critical in ensuring our enterprise compliance programs meet regulatory requirements, align with industry standards, and are effectively embedded across the organisation. This role is fully remote, with flexibility for hybrid working for candidates based near Tewkesbury/Wolverhampton. Occasional global travel (approximately 2-3 times per year) is required. About You You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong track record of delivering global programmes. You bring deep expertise across: Anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and broader ethics and integrity programmes Third-party risk management Conflicts of interest management You are confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, actionable policies and processes that work in practice. You combine strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organisation. You are also comfortable working across different regions and cultures, with a willingness to travel internationally a few times per year to support global initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
