RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES: Responsible for achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals on the shift. Supervise production activities and provide direction and support for shift. Enforce Company policies, safety standards, quality, GMP's and ISO procedures. Address employee concerns, resolve problems, train, coach and discipline employees. Responsible for accurate production reporting (Mattec/WebEFF) and timekeeping (Kronos). Drive improvements in production efficiency and MEEF. Direct work assignments and ensure efficient labor utilization. Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. Other duties as assigned.
