Job Description: What will be your key responsibilities? 1. Lead customer group sales team to develop customer strategy and implement business under Mars principle 2. Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales target/P&L/KPIs and all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into D-Com 3. Implement "One Demand" strategy to fully engage with EKAs, lead projects and cooperate campaigns to help Mars to optimize resource and improve cost efficiency in EKA 5. Pilot customer marketing strategy in EKAs, improve internal and external communication efficiency, delight the consumers through every tough point for the defined opportunities in CRM/DMP/Digital communication Utilization 6 Develop and coach team through deep engaging and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution What can you expect from Mars?
