About the role

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting desirable.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing cannabis product.
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers.
- Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8-hour work periods without losing quality.
- Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which includes pre-employment background check.
- Most possess a valid driver's license or state ID card.
- Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
