E-commerce Executive/Coordinator

About the role

Job Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce Platform Management Manage the daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Redmart, Fariprice online and other online marketplaces. Handle product listings, delistings, pricing updates, inventory management, and product content optimization. Ensure all product information, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotional details are accurate and up to date. 2. Order Processing & Customer Service Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipments and track delivery status. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues professionally. Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace chat platforms. 3. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations. Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Manage returns, exchanges, and exception orders efficiently. 4. Sales & Marketing Support Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, online sales events, and marketing activities. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare product images, promotional materials, and campaign content. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyse sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour. Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management review. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
