Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams and electrical trade partners to develop and maintain project schedules
  • Monitor electrical subcontractor progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved
  • Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, switchgear, UPS, lighting, grounding, and controls)

  • Ensure work areas are ready and support safe, efficient workflow on site
  • Enforce safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and electrical compliance requirements
  • Support system energization, turnover, and commissioning activities
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
  • Skills Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role in a semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems including medium/low voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, BIM models, and technical documentation
  • Experience coordinating electrical scope within multi-trade construction environments
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes, safety standards, and commissioning processes
  • Proven leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Education / Licenses / Certifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
