*Job Description for Education Group* Job Title: *Sales & Marketing Executive* Department: *Enrolment & Marketing* Location: *Singapore (Island-wide support)* Reporting To: *CEO / Cluster Manager* *Job Summary* We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead aggressive marketing strategies while actively driving enrolment growth across all centres. This role combines sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business development, requiring someone who can generate leads, convert enquiries into enrolments, and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in achieving and exceeding enrolment KPIs through creative campaigns, excellent customer service, and strong partnership development. *Key Responsibilities* *Sales & Enrolment* -Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-in enquiries. -Respond promptly to enquiries, understand parents' needs, provide programme information, and nurture leads towards enrolment. -Qualify leads and coordinate appointments, centre visits, and school tours. -Hand over qualified leads to Centre Principals/Cluster Managers for enrolment follow-up while ensuring a smooth customer journey. -Follow up with prospective parents to maximise conversion rates and achieve enrolment targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and enrolment activities in the CRM or internal systems. *Marketing* - Design, lead, and optimise high-impact sales & marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to aggressively meet and exceed monthly and yearly enrolment targets. -Drive consistent lead generation and high conversion rates through creative and data-driven strategies. -Manage full-funnel digital marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media to maximise ROI. -Plan and execute impactful offline initiatives such as open houses, community events, roadshows, and promotional activities. -Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse enrolment data, and implement rapid improvements to achieve KPIs. *Business Development* -Expand offline marketing channels by establishing strategic partnerships with merchants, community organisations, schools, and other businesses. -Identify new collaboration opportunities that increase brand awareness and generate quality enrolment leads. -Represent the organisation at networking events, exhibitions, roadshows, and community outreach programmes. *Collaboration & Performance* -Work closely with Principals and Cluster Managers to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned with each centre's enrolment goals. -Take full ownership of enrolment outcomes and proactively recommend new initiatives to outperform competitors. -Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion performance, campaign effectiveness, and partnership outcomes. *Requirements* -Proven track record in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the early childhood or education sector. -Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred -Experience in customer service, sales conversion, or enrolment management is highly preferred. -Strong hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing with demonstrable success in driving sales or enrolment targets. -Experience in business development, partnerships, or merchant collaborations is an advantage. -Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, SEO, and social media marketing. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset. -Highly creative, results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
