Production Assistant - A/B/C Shifts - Woodlands - Basic + Allowances + OT + AWS

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions
• Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report any product or quality issues to the supervisor
• Perform rework or adjustments when required
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a clean workstation
• Ensure proper packaging, identification, and segregation of products
• Support the production team to achieve daily output targets

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Able to understand basic work instructions in English.
• Able to perform visual inspection and quality checking of products.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (protective attire provided)
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Working Shifts
• 1st Shift (Morning)
• Mon - Fri: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Sat: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 2nd Shift (Afternoon)
• Mon - Fri: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 3rd Shift (Night)
• Mon - Fri: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rest day: Sunday or scheduled off days depending on shift rotation.
• Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: From $1,600
• Estimated Gross (including allowances, excluded OT):
• Morning Shift: ~ $1,752
• Afternoon Shift: ~ $1,830
• Night Shift: ~ $1,960
