Manager (Beauty Salon)

Responsibilities

• Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
• Leading outlet to achieve sales target
• Provide professional consultation/treatment and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatment package
• Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
• Handle customer enquiries
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard

Requirements

• Sales experience is a must
• Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry for example: Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager
• Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are also encouraged to apply
• Business Hours:
• 12pm - 9pm (Monday - Friday)
• 10am - 7pm (Sat, Sun, PH)
