Job Description: The Intermountain Health Global Air Ambulance Coordinator manages the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international critical care medical transport missions. Maintain regulatory compliance, documentation, and real-time updates while delivering excellent customer service in high-pressure, high-stakes transport. This role works directly with industry partners, hospitals, pilots, aviation administration, system administration and medical flight crews to deliver safe, regulatory compliance, and exceptional transport coordination. The coordinator owns each mission from initial intake and quoting through execution and follow-up, ensuring seamless communication, operational accuracy, and an exceptional safety.
