As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. Requirements

• Required Technical and Professional Experience-
• ServiceNow CMD L3 Developer
• Min 7 years of experience of ITOM/CMDB knowledge with certification.
• An SME/L3 Developer will perform the following activities under their scope of responsibility.
• Update and extend the Data Model (table changes, form changes and permissions) based on approved requests
• Design and develop data load process for data loading
• Provide support for CMDB issues
• Implement ServiceNow development stories and RFSs
• Customize or support CMDB Integrations
• Provide support for complex problems related to the CMDB solution that are raised by the operation teams
• Configure, deploy, and customize standard reports and dashboards, including ServiceNow CMDB Audit Dashboard
• Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules.
