The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Pay Range: $81,952.00 - $107,057.60 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Establishes and maintains as a member of the leadership team a plan to achieve operating goals through development of a fiscal year sales plan with adjustments made throughout the year as required. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with managers, peers, direct reports and customers by effectively fostering a team environment, building consensus, and resolving conflicts. Maintains department budget, places orders for equipment and supplies as necessary. Identifies financial vulnerabilities and makes cost reduction recommendations as needed. Evaluates, develops, mentors, coaches, counsels and disciplines department staff. Supports other personnel from other departments through coaching and mentoring to help achieve optimum standard of excellence. Addresses issues of concern through conversation and notifies department manager of any interactions requiring attention. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, PACE Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior. Leads the Sales and Enrollment teams and provide sales trainings, field coaching & mentoring as needed to accurately expedites the completion of the enrollment process. Provides oversight for accuracy & handle difficult cases personally. Assists Community Liaisons in creating their individual territory tactical fiscal year sales plan with quarterly manager reviews to ensure growth targets are being achieved. Ensures that the Sales and Enrollment team meet or exceed all KPI standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, qualified referrals, and home intake visits. Conducts a minimum of one monthly meeting per month with the full Sales and Enrollment team. Conducts ongoing one-on-one reviews with the Sales Team to build more effective communication, to understand training & development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of team sales & activity performance. Plans and coordinates open houses/outreach events for PACE. Participates in external sales activities including seniro fairs. Performs individual and group presentations to potential referral sources, including but not limited to hospital discharge planning, local physician offices, social services organizations, and home health agencies. Monitors, collects, and submits enrollment data as required by various regulatory agencies. Prepares reports as requested by administrative team on a timely basis. Performs an end of year review and updates of current enrollment agreement and work with PACE marketing and communications to ensure new enrollment agreement is utilized at start of each new calendar year. Directs and supervises direct reports and provide training as needed in the state specific enrollment process, if applicable. Builds relationships and visit frequently key customers and other referral sources. Participates in and supports Quality Improvement Initiatives. Responsible for adherence to all regulations, both federal and state, which govern the operations of a PACE organization. Actively serves on various committees that support the daily operations of the program. Participates in the preparation and presentation of mandatory education programs. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in related field required. Four years of relevant sales experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Three years of sales experience in healthcare. Sales and marketing experience preferred. Previous experience in training, coaching, and motivating sales team members and improving effectiveness. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan. Evidence of achieving sales goals. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
