Requirements

• Experience must include:
• 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or business development
• 3 years of experience with data engineering, report automation, or business intelligence platforms
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, risk-based financial models, and advanced proficiency in Excel
• 3 years of experience writing advanced SQL queries, working with relational databases, building ETL jobs
• 3 years of experience leading projects and initiatives related to renewable development, power procurement, infrastructure development, or data center planning
• 3 years of experience diving deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to simplify complex processes

Work closely with product, design, software development and platform teams to implement strategy and execution; 2. Collaborate with the Infrastructure and product teams to deliver the best solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies; 3. Drive implementation and delivery of large-scale, robust, best-in-class programs and tools and large-scale global platforms that support global strategic initiatives; 4. Coordinate across engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver to a daring roadmap; 5. Understand service interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems; 6. Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability; 7. Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan clearly; and 8. Mentor junior employees and build effective teams. 9.
