Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery across MENA markets.
- Manage project timelines and marketing deliverables to drive smooth execution and meet business objectives.
- Coordinate regional events, webinars, and congresses, ensuring seamless logistics and strong engagement with healthcare audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (Medical Affairs, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and agencies) to deliver marketing activities that align with business and medical goals.
- Develop and review marketing materials and communications, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Support creation of presentations, newsletters, and digital content to strengthen communication and brand visibility.
- Track product performance and market trends accurately, contributing to insights that support data-driven decisions.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers and support preparation of forecasts to provide clear visibility on project progress and marketing impact.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related area, along with previous professional background in marketing, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills across cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical attitude with ability to interpret data and support reporting activities.
- Proactive teammate with a strong focus on execution and results.
- Fluent in English.
