MBA in marketing preferred but not mandatory Understanding of production processes Ability to understand the gaps, improvement areas and link the same to Stäubli solutions Value selling- Conceptualize solution and commercial models Willingness to collaborate, strong communication skills, quick learner #LI-PB1
