- Ensure that clients are properly informed of the features, risks, benefits, charges, and relevant procedures relating to products and services offered by the Bank.
- Provide appropriate and professional support inline with the best interests of clients, taking into account their uniquecircumstances and suitability requirements.
- Monitor securities investment transactions ,remittances, loans, deposits, and other banking transactions that are pending settlement, particularly on value date, to ensure timely completion and escalation of any issues.
- Coordinate with operations, treasury, credit, compliance, and other internal teams to follow up on transaction processing, settlement status, documentation, and client requests.
- Credit and Facility Administration
- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in preparing credit proposals, credit amendments, annual credit reviews, and other credit-related documentation.
- Support the daily monitoring of collateral positions, loan exposures, margin requirements, and credit facility utilization for private banking clients.
- Follow up on outstanding credit documentation, facility conditions, collateral shortfalls, limit excesses, or other credit-related matters where necessary.
- Ensure credit-related records and supporting documents are properly maintained and updated in accordance with the Bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Account Opening and Documentation
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for new client account openings, including client onboarding forms, supporting documents, declarations, and required due diligence materials.
- Assist in ensuring account opening documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and know-your-customer requirements.
- Follow up with clients and internal departments on outstanding documentation, approvals, and account activation matters.
- Maintain proper records of client instructions, account documents, transaction forms, correspondence, and other client-related files.
- Compliance, Regulatory, and Risk Management
- Ensure all client servicing, transactionsupport, documentation, and sales-related activities are carried out inaccordance with the standards, requirements, and guidelines prescribed byregulators and the Bank.
- Disclose claim, redress, and complaintprocedures to clients throughout and after the sales process, and upon request.
- Support the Relationship Managers in ensuring that all client interactions, product discussions, and transaction handling are conducted fairly, transparently, and professionally.
