Database Analyst - Airtable Specialist - AdoptUSKids

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage user-facing interfaces that improve accessibility, usability, and real-time application of data across program and evaluation teams. Apply advanced Airtable functionality to create and update automations and interfaces to support dynamic data operations and system functionality.
• Assess and optimize database architecture to ensure efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and security. Coordinate with evaluation team members and program staff to translate complex data needs into functional, intuitive database solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members through excellent communication in order to support skill development in Airtable while establishing best practices for data management and system use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance and expand system capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• $72,500 (Prorated: $36,250 @ 20 hours/week)

The role goes beyond standard database use and focuses on developing new bases, building automations, creating and maintaining custom bases and interfaces that enhance programmatic, research, and operational effectiveness.
