To qualify for this position, you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying Federal facilities regulations and GSA leasing processes to manage facilities programs, including leasing, space planning, physical security, and safety; Analyzing facility needs, including evaluating space utilization, forecasting future requirements, and assessing cost or operational impacts; Identifying facilities, leasing, safety, or security issues; and developing and implementing solutions to resolve operational, compliance, or service-delivery problems; AND Preparing reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership on facilities strategy, risks and investment decisions.
