Responsibilities
- Conduct steaming and sampling point checks to ensure process compliance.
- Sterilise key fittings and equipment, including:
- Yeast room fittings
- GPA equipment
- BBTs (Bright Beer Tanks)
- ACFs and associated fittings
- Carry out regular stock-taking and inventory checks.
- Oversee and manage deliveries, including receiving chemical deliveries from Diversey.
- Conduct OWDs as required.

- Maintain high housekeeping standards around:
- Bulk storage areas
- CIP (Clean-In-Place) stations
- Inspect equipment for leaks or faults, including:

- Perform descaling and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks when necessary.
- Inspect and ensure all CIP fittings are stored correctly and safely.
- Change sterilant solutions daily to maintain hygiene and process standards.
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene procedures
- Good organisational and stock management skills
- Ability to identify equipment faults and escalate issues appropriately
- Comfortable working in an industrial/production environment
- Forklift certification (preferred, where applicable)
- Understanding of chemical handling and workplace safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within operational teams
