We are looking for A Residential Support Worker to join our team! Who share the same values as we do? Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children's rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome. Essential Hold a full driving licence Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off Energetic and fast paced environment Enjoy activities New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
