This position is based in Dusseldorf and you will be reporting to the Head of Category Management & Shopper Marketing DACH. As Senior Shopper Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of Shopper and Trade Marketing programs that strengthen brand presence across all channels to grow sales. This role connects Brand, Sales and Category strategies into compelling customer-facing activation plans that drive conversion both in-store and online. You will: Convert brand campaigns into retailer-specific activation plans & POS standards, and toolkits that drive conversion across channels. Coordinate cross-functional delivery of shopper activations, working closely with internal teams (e.g. Operations for POS production and deployment) and externally with retail partners and POS agencies to ensure plans are aligned, compliant, and executed effectively in store. Lead external agencies and build strong partnerships with key customers and media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives. Generate and interpret shopper data, translating insights into actionable strategies. Track campaign performance, share learnings internally, and continuously improve future activation planning for maximum impact. Own shopper marketing budgets and recommend allocation of spend across brands, customers, and channels based on strategic importance, growth potential, capability to execute, and expected return. EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company's corporate language. Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in BA, Sales, Marketing or similar field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail or similar industry. Knowledge and/or work experience with retail partners in the DACH region. Project Management: You can lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality execution on time and in full. Stakeholder Management: You can manage and build up strong relationships effectively across internal teams including Operations, Sales and Brand Marketing, and externally with agencies, retailer buyers. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset combined with agility and a drive for results, ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes. You are able to build strong customer relationships and to deliver customer-centric solutions. You can decelop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You can effectively analyze and clarifiy complex, ambiguous situations by asking insightful questions and identifying key elements. Application of market and organizational knowledge to decisions, linking actions to business drivers and adapting to industry change. Fluency in German and English
