  • Create and present reports, proposals, and business reviews to customers and management.
  • Analyze program impact, communicate outcomes, address issues, and propose growth plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and the assigned market.
  • People leadership (where applicable):
  • Provide coaching, management, and development support to team members.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales experience required, preferably in technology distribution, vendor, or channel environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of solutions and assigned product lines, with the ability to deliver strategic vendor solutions and identify new partner opportunities.
  • Established relationships with key vendor contacts and a track record of effective vendor collaboration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using standard business tools and virtual collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require and work occasional non-standard hours.
  • Remote/work-from-home capability.
  • Ability to meet or exceed revenue, margin, pipeline, and vendor program targets.

Job Description: The Business Development Manager for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization will drive profitable market share growth for TD SYNNEX by combining direct customer development with vendor program execution. Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned vendor portfolios, you will enable internal sales teams, cultivate key customer and vendor relationships, identify and onboard new vendors, and win strategic tenders and large deals. You will execute vendor initiatives, deliver compelling customer presentations, and analyze program impact to expand share of wallet and strengthen customer loyalty in markets where both BDM-Customer and BDM-Program coverage is combined.
