About the role
Are you passionate about people, culture, and sustainability? At SkyNRG, we're on a mission leading the change in the energy transition by producing and supplying high‑integrity Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). As our People & Culture Intern, you'll support the team that ensures SkyNRG is not only growing fast, but doing so in an inclusive, people‑first way. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of People & Culture activities within an international scale‑up. You will support day‑to‑day People & Culture processes, contribute to internal initiatives and projects, and help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through development and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the onboarding journey for new employees by coordinating introduction programs, organizing onboarding activities, and ensuring all practical arrangements are in place for a smooth and welcoming start.
- People & Culture Initiatives: Actively contribute to ongoing People & Culture initiatives such as internal events, the DE&I employee resource group, and team-building activities.
- Engagement & Culture: Help foster an open, inclusive and engaging company culture by supporting internal communications, tracking and analyzing trends to suggest follow-up actions.
- HRBP Support: Support with People & Culture projects such as talent reviews, people survey results analysis, goal‑setting and other company‑wide processes that help teams grow and perform at their best.
- Learning & Development: Help coordinate the smooth adoption of our L&D program by boosting attendance, gathering requirements and feedback, and contributing ideas to continuously improve how we support learning across the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team and stakeholders across the company, supporting, where needed, our operations and processes, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and handled with care and confidentiality.

- You recognize yourself in the following:
- Bachelor's or Master's student enrolled for the full duration of the internship
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Work and Organizational Psychology
- Strong interest in the People & Culture field and motivation to gain hands‑on experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proactive, independent and detail‑oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with care
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Full‑time availability for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026
