- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in industrial maintenance or field service within process plants.
- Previous work with rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, or agitators).
- Participation in the installation, inspection, or maintenance of mechanical components (ideally mechanical seals or similar equipment).
- Basic knowledge of failure diagnosis and operational troubleshooting.
- Exposure to industrial environments (chemical, petrochemical, mining, food processing, etc.).
- Experience interacting with customers or end users on-site.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge
- Mechanical seal systems (single, dual, cartridge, and component seals).
- API plans (API 682) and auxiliary systems.
- Rotating equipment: pumps, compressors, and agitators.

- Interpretation of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
