A Flexible Way to Earn Additional Income This role is designed to fit alongside your existing work , not replace it. Whether you're: Building a private practice Working a full-time role Looking to supplement your income Hazel offers a predictable, low-friction way to add consistent earnings -without needing to find your own clients or manage a business. How This Role Fits Your Life Flexible Scheduling Within Peak Hours Sessions take place during Ohio peak hours: Monday-Friday, 4pm-7pm EST These hours define when sessions can occur-and does not mean you need to be available all day You choose your schedule within that window based on your availability For example: See 2 clients per day, Monday-Friday Or work 4pm-6pm or 5 pm-7pm -whatever fits your schedule As long as sessions fall within peak hours and you meet the 10-client minimum , your schedule is fully customizable. Start with 10 Clients - Scale Up or Down Minimum: 10 clients per week Option to increase your caseload up to 29 clients/week You can: Take on more clients when you want additional income Then scale back down to 10 when your availability changes No long-term commitment to a higher caseload. We Help You Get Started We support initial scheduling and caseload building , so you're not responsible for filling your calendar from scratch. W2 Role = Simpler, More Stable Taxes handled for you (no 1099 complexity) Paid consistently for sessions + eligible admin time Malpractice coverage included
